By means of this notice, Athlon S. COOP, domiciled in Arrasate – Mondragón, C / Loramendi nº 4, and with athlon@athlon.es email address (from this point forward, “Athlon S.COOP.) inform users about the company’s portal www.athlon.eus (From this point on, the “Users” and the “Portal”) and its protection policy of personal data (From this point forward, “Personal Data”) where users determine freely and voluntarily if they wish to provide to Atlhon S.COOP. Personal Data that may be required or that may be obtained from them upon the subscription or registration in some of the services offered by the Portal or through it. Athlon S.COOP. reserve the right to modify the policy to adapt to new legislative or jurisprudential changes, as well as to industry practices. In such cases, the cooperative will announce the changes made in advance in the page before the implementation is carried out.

In accordance with the Regulation 2016/679 general about Data Protection, Athlon S.COOP. holds the status of being Responsible for the Treatment of personal data the user provides us. These, will be object of automated treatment and incorporated to the corresponding automated files by Athlon S.COOP., being the owner and responsible for its own file (hereinafter, the “Files”).

Athlon S.COOP. provide users the appropriate technical resources so that, prior to this, they can access to this notice about the Privacy Policy or any other relevant information and may provide their consent in order to proceed to the automated processing of the user Personal Data. Except in the fields indicated, the answers to the questions about the Personal Data are voluntary. Unless specifically indicated, the lack of the answer will not imply a decrease in the quality or in the quantity of the corresponding services.

The user guarantees that the provided Personal Data to Athlon S.COOP. are true and they are responsible for communicating any kind of changes in them.

The collection and automated processing of Personal Dara has as objective to maintain the contractual relationship with Athlon S.COOP., Management, Administration, provision, expansion and improvement of services in which users decide to subscribe, register, or use these services to their preferences and likes, the study of the use of the services, the design of new services related to the ones mention, the sending of updates of the services, the sending via traditional and electronic means, technical, operational and commercial information about products and services offered by Athlon S.COOP. and/or by third parties, currently and in the future. The purpose of the collection and automated processing of Personal Data, also includes the sending of survey forms, where the user is not obliged to answer.

Athlon S.COOP. has adopted legally the required security levels of Personal Data Protection, and seeks install other means and additional available technic measures means to prevent the loss, misuse, alteration, unauthorized access and theft of Personal Data provided to Athlon S.COOP.

However, the user must be well aware of the security measures on the Internet, that are not impregnable, this is, resistant to attack.

Users are recognized and may exercise the rights of access, cancellation, rectification and opposition, as well as having the right to be informed of the sessions made by contacting Athlon S.COOP. through the email address athlon@athlon.es or through the private area of registered users.

  • __utmt: Used to limit the percentage of requests. It has a duration of minutes.
  • __utmv: Used to store personalized visitor variable data. The cookie is updated each time data is sent to Google Analytics. It lasts two years from the configuration or update.
  • __utmz: Stores the traffic source or campaign that explains how the user has reached the site. The cookie is created when the JavaScript library is run and is updated every time data is sent to Google Analytics. It lasts six months from the configuration or update.
